I want to drop-off my aircraft after business hours. Who do I contact?
Business Hours are from 8AM-5PM Monday-Thursday. Any after-hours drop-offs require advance notice. Please reach out to our shop by calling 816-616-8676 or email our scheduling team.
How long does an IFR certification take?
IFR certification typically requires a minimum of 3-4 hours and we ask that you coordinate drop-off at 8 AM. There are several factors that could extend that timeframe including additional altimeters, calibration, or pitot static leaks. We will keep you updated if there are any complications that arise in the process.
We do have a lobby located at 2751 NE Douglas Street that can accommodate you should you choose to wait for services to be completed.
I purchased parts from your shop. When will my parts ship?
Unless directed otherwise, parts will be shipped once all units arrive from our vendor. Some parts incur manufacturing delays that can affect immediate shipment. You will be notified of any delays before the parts are purchased. Multiple shipments of parts will incur additional shipping fees.
In addition, if selecting a wiring harness build, certain components from units are necessary for the build and we will wait to ship parts until the wiring harness is complete. For any updates on parts shipments, please email us.
When is payment for services due?
Payment is due upon invoice receipt for all same day services, including deposits for parts purchases. For all major installations, payment is due upon aircraft receipt.

We accept payments via ACH, cash, check, and credit card. All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee. Any returned payments will incur a $25 processing fee.
​Who do I contact for updates on my ongoing panel installation?
​Please refer to your Welcome Email that was delivered before you dropped off your aircraft. Your installation technician's contact information as well as contact information for scope changes are detailed there. Any other questions, please call our shop and we will be happy to assist you.​
What information do I need to provide to get a quote for a wiring diagram or wiring harness?
Basic contact information, aircraft registration number or make/model, a summary of your current avionics and desired upgrades, are all that we require to give you a basic quote.
